The streaming service will showcase upcoming films and series while giving fans exclusive previews, celebrity panels, and immersive experiences throughout Comic-Con

Apple TV+ is heading to Hall H for the first time, bringing one of its biggest lineups yet to this year’s San Diego Comic-Con International

Apple TV+ is bringing its biggest projects to Hall H for the first time

The streaming service’s two-hour Hall H presentation is scheduled for Saturday, July 25, and will spotlight several of Apple’s most anticipated upcoming films and series, including Matchbox, Mayday, Dark Matter, Silo, and the horror-comedy Widow’s Bay

Hosted by Happy, Sad, Confused podcast host Josh Horowitz, the panel marks Apple’s first appearance inside Comic-Con’s famous Hall H, where major studios traditionally debut trailers, exclusive footage, and surprise announcements for thousands of fans

Among the biggest attractions is Matchbox, inspired by Mattel’s iconic toy line. Stars John Cena, Jessica Biel, Arturo Castro, Sam Richardson, and Teyonah Parris are expected to appear alongside director Sam Hargrave to discuss the action-adventure before its October premiere

Apple will also preview Mayday, the upcoming Cold War action thriller starring Ryan Reynolds and Kenneth Branagh. Although Reynolds stars in the film, he is not expected to attend Comic-Con. Instead, directors Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley will represent the project during the panel

Television will play an equally important role throughout Apple’s Comic-Con presence

Fans of Dark Matter will receive an early look at Season 2 during a special screening of the premiere episode ahead of its Aug. 28 debut. Executive producer Blake Crouch, executive producer Matt Tolmach, executive producer and writer Jacquelyn Ben-Zekry, along with stars Joel Edgerton, Jennifer Connelly, and Dayo Okeniyi, are scheduled to participate in panel discussions

Apple is also bringing Silo back to Comic-Con with one of the event’s largest fan experiences. In addition to a Hall H panel featuring Rebecca Ferguson, Common, Graham Yost, Jessica Henwick, Ashley Zukerman, Alexandria Riley, and other members of the creative team, attendees will be able to explore an immersive installation recreating the underground world of the hit science-fiction series

Silo Season 3 will continue expanding the dystopian story, following Juliette Nichols after the events of the previous season while also exploring the origins of the underground civilization at the center of the series

Dark Matter Season 2 will follow Jason Dessen and his family as their brief return to normal life is disrupted by new dangers across alternate realities. The series returns Aug. 28, with new episodes released weekly through Oct. 30

Widow’s Bay will also be featured during the Hall H presentation. The horror-comedy follows Mayor Tom Loftis, played by Matthew Rhys, as he attempts to revive an isolated island town that locals believe is cursed. As tourists begin arriving, the town’s terrifying legends start becoming real

Outside Hall H, Apple will host a special sneak preview of the Dark Matter Season 2 premiere on Friday, July 24, from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. in Room 6DE. Guests scheduled for the screening include Joel Edgerton, Dayo Okeniyi, Blake Crouch, Jacquelyn Ben-Zekry, and Matt Tolmach

The Silo Experience will run Friday, July 24, through Sunday, July 26, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at The Lot @ 1st & J, 450 2nd Ave. in San Diego. The installation will be free and open to Comic-Con attendees and the public, with hours subject to change

Apple TV+’s Hall H panel takes place Saturday, July 25, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The presentation will include appearances by talent and creative teams associated with Matchbox, Widow’s Bay, Dark Matter, Mayday, and Silo

San Diego Comic-Con runs from Thursday, July 23, through Sunday, July 26, with Preview Night scheduled for Wednesday, July 22

With its first Hall H appearance, Apple TV+ is making a major push into one of the entertainment industry’s most visible fan events, bringing together franchise films, returning sci-fi series, and immersive experiences designed for Comic-Con audiences
