Mr. Shreyash Vinodkumar Chaturvedi retires by rotation at the meeting and, being eligible, offers himself for reappointment. He has served as a director since August 4, 2017, and holds 10,77,781 equity shares in the company. His attendance record shows he attended all 40 board meetings since his appointment.
Voting Details
The cut-off date for determining voting rights is Wednesday, September 16, 2026. The register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 17 to September 23, 2026. Remote e-voting commences on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 9:00 am and ends on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 5:00 pm.
