The team, each operating across the global business, will report to CEO Marco Bassetti.

In an internal memo to staff, Bassetti wrote: “Since their appointments, this group has made a significant contribution to the business, with many playing an integral role in delivering the merger and advancing the current integration.”
Already announced are the roles of Jeff Zucker as Chairman, Jane Turton as Deputy CEO and Bassetti as CEO.
Alongside Jane Turton, Fred Balmary, Nicolas Chazarain, Thomas Gousset, Anne Van Sprang and Cathy Payne, CEO, Banijay Rights, will also join Bassetti on the executive team.
