Plenty of tension goes beyond the points battle, too. Carson Hocevar and Ryan Blaney got into it after Bristol, with their post-race fight adding another layer of drama heading into Kansas. Blaney is still 6th in the standings, Hocevar is 8th, and both drivers are very much alive with seven races left in the championship hunt. With all 16 playoff drivers separated by just 134 points, the Hollywood Casino 400 gives the field another chance to shake up The Chase before the pressure gets even heavier.
