High-quality videos from VTubers (Virtual YouTubers) and virtual creators are uploaded every day. From among them, I’ll introduce some videos that I personally think you should definitely watch. In particular, I’ll delve deeper into unique works, works with high technical skill and planning ability, and works that are timely, capturing the fun, effort, and talent of the creators!

We have created a super-technology studio where reality and VR merge

We’ve created an amazing technology called the ‘Fusion VR System’ that allows VR people and physical humans to coexist in the same space! 🤩

We want to create a world where people can act normally in their V-form! ! pic.twitter.com/J3NgAfeJpu

    — Orange🍊 (@orange_3134) July 23, 2026

This video, showing a VR avatar and a human standing in the same place, is not AR or screen compositing. ORANGE has created a “Fusion VR system” that makes it appear as if a real person has entered the VR world. It has become a hot topic because it allows for live streaming of humans and avatars coexisting using the VR SNS “RESONITE”.

They are using a studio with large LEDs on the left, right, rear, and bottom four sides, and projecting the “RESONITE” video onto them. It seems that by synchronizing the actual camera with the camera in the VR space, the way the avatar is displayed changes when the camera is switched. The bottom LEDs would appear curved if projected as is, so they are calculating and distorting the image to make it appear straight, and then adjusting the perspective to make it connect when it is projected onto the camera. The detailed mechanism is explained in the video, so be sure to listen to it.

When avatar creators appear alongside live-action creators, limitations inevitably arise, but a major point of this project is that the video makes it seem as if the human participants have been invited into the VR space. The fact that it can be done via live streaming seems to be a particularly important aspect. ORANGE says they “want to broaden the range of activities for people who create content in VR.” By utilizing this in music concerts and other events, it seems likely that new forms of expression that connect reality and VR will emerge.

If someone suddenly became knowledgeable through remote control and started talking, would you notice?

Ponpoko loves to play pranks on Peanuts-kun. This time, she lies to him, telling him she’s doing a magazine interview, to get him to talk about soccer. Ponpoko, who doesn’t know much about soccer, is the one to talk to him, but Kirarara Vivi, who is knowledgeable about soccer, remotely controls Ponpoko. Will Peanuts-kun notice when he sees Ponpoko suddenly become knowledgeable about soccer…?

It’s typical of Ponpoko that she often fails to fully digest Kirarara Vivi’s talk, resulting in her becoming a disorganized speaker. In the latter half, she gets dragged into speaking in the Kansai dialect by Kirarara Vivi’s accent and starts speaking in the Kansai dialect herself.

The scene is hilarious: Peanuts gets so caught up in his passionate speech that he doesn’t notice what’s going on, Kirarara Vivi desperately tries to liven up the soccer conversation, and Ponpoko tries to cover up the instructions she gave him with flustered speech. It’s a series of scenes that feel like a comedy sketch of misunderstandings.

Aside from the entertaining content, the conversation between Peanuts-kun and Kirarara Vivi is truly detailed, and the video conveys their genuine love for soccer. I would love to see Peanuts-kun and Kirarara Vivi collaborate again on another occasion to have a serious discussion about soccer.

Peanuts-kun is featured as a rapper on Wednesday Campanella’s “Ichigo Got it,” and appears in the music video alongside Utaha. Peanuts-kun’s catchy rap perfectly complements Utaha’s cute vocals. The song also includes a sample of “Muscle Docking,” which was sung at “Katana Pee Christmas 2020,” making it a track that Peanuts-kun fans will appreciate.

Rei Shizuma, a VTuber specializing in Malls Aeon, has celebrated his second anniversary of activity. He visits Aeon Malls in various regions, films them, and turns them into videos. This time, he visits Aeon Mall Takanohara, located on the border between Kyoto and Nara prefectures, and takes a stroll around the mall.

The show featured numerous anecdotes about the Aeon Mall’s location on a prefectural border, such as how you can tell where the border is by looking at its exterior and parking lot, and how different police jurisdictions exist within the mall. This time, the show was particularly supported and supervised by an Aeon Mall prefectural border enthusiast. Viewers were astonished to see a new expert on Aeon Malls with such detailed knowledge.

What makes this video interesting is how it thoroughly explores a rare commercial facility from various perspectives based on the information it has gathered. If you only knew that it was located on a prefectural border, it might just seem like something unusual and interesting. However, when you investigate it on-site after learning about the measures taken inside the building and the events that have occurred there precisely because of its location on the border, you can see the thoughts and feelings of the people who live and work within this massive building, and your interest deepens considerably.

From small anecdotes to human dramas unfolding in a bustling shopping mall like Aeon Mall, Shizuma Rei uses his keen eye and extensive knowledge to fully appreciate these details, discovering the fascinating aspects of everyday life from a fresh perspective. This film vividly showcases his unique way of enjoying the world.

【Vlog】A must-see for summer!! ️Top 3 recommended Shirokuma shaved ice desserts in Tenmonkan, chosen by a local Vtuber🌟【Kagoshima/Tourism/Gourmet】

When it comes to summer delicacies in Kagoshima, “Shirokuma” (shaved ice dessert) is a must-try. Kagoshima’s local VTuber, Yumeya Aiya Karame, has selected three recommended shops in Tenmonkan and uploaded a video of her report in vlog format.

“Shirokuma,” which is shaved ice topped with condensed milk, is made completely differently at each shop, as you can see from her video. She carefully introduces the texture and taste of each Shirokuma with accompanying visuals. In particular, the colorful and cute appearance of Shirokuma is also a key point, and this aspect is also explained in detail.

This video provides detailed explanations of everything from the atmosphere of the shops to how to order. The way the video explains the charm of each place makes you want to visit them all, but at the end, the video presents her opinion that you should “give up the internet.” This refers to the fact that there are countless polar bear shaved ice desserts in Kagoshima that have no information available online. Her comment, “Maybe you’ll stumble upon a polar bear shaved ice dessert at a cafe you visit while sightseeing?” is a refreshing revelation for today’s world, where people tend to check online reviews before choosing a place to eat. When you visit Kagoshima, you’ll definitely want to follow her example, trying different polar bear shaved ice desserts and finding your own favorite.

【3D】Hell’s Sugoroku (Board Game). You must obey.

The unit “Honma no Kuzuya,” consisting of Honma Himawari, Tsukino Mito, Kuzuha, and Kenmochi Touya, held their first collaborative live stream in approximately six years. The four challenged themselves to the same hellish board game they played six years ago. The game has a terrifying premise: if you land on a space, you must do whatever is written on it.

This is a fun stream with a lively, hilarious variety show feel, and the close bond between the four members, who can playfully shove each other around. For example, if you step on the “Orc” piece, three orcs inexplicably appear and beat you up. If you step on the “Forced Melodramatic Face” piece, you’re forced to have a melodramatic face for one turn, whether you like it or not. This is where the strengths of virtual reality are cleverly utilized.

This live stream showcases many impressive aspects of VR live streaming technology. For example, in “Getting hit with lots of pies,” the other three throw pies at the participant, leaving pie cream smeared all over their face and hair. In “Infinite Farting,” the participant farts continuously for an entire turn. While the content is full of hilarious gags, the fact that it’s all controlled in real time suggests that considerable preparation was required, and it’s a clear demonstration of the high level of technical skill of the ANYCOLOR staff. The Sugoroku game (from the Ichikara era) held six years ago in 2020 was also very entertaining, but comparing it to this stream, the video clearly shows the tremendous progress made in terms of studio size, avatar adjustments, tracking accuracy, and the incorporation of gags that make full use of VR.

The rhythm game “hololive Dreams,” also known as “HoloDori,” has been released, and many VTubers, including members of Hololive, are playing and streaming it.

Amidst all this, Darkness Laplace did something only she could do: creating a “big sister” tier list while looking at the high-rarity card illustrations of “HoroDori.”

I’ve made similar “older sister tier lists” before, but this time too, the criteria for judgment are entirely based on Darkness Laplace’s own arbitrary judgment and biases. From SSS, where you can’t resist the older sister charm, to the “kids” category with zero older sister qualities, I’ll be sorting them out while looking at the illustrations. I get so engrossed that there’s even a scene where I silently chew on a picture and rank it in the SSS category. This stream is only possible because of the character of Darkness Laplace, who has always exposed his own fetishes.

What’s interesting about this is that it’s an official PR stream from the HoloDori management team. To be honest, you won’t learn anything about the gameplay of HoloDori from watching this. However, seeing Laplace Darkness freely and uninhibitedly looking at the illustrations and talking about them as he pleases, true to his own desires, is definitely a strong draw for an introduction to the included illustrations. For those who are thinking about playing the game and have already decided which characters they want to pull, watching this stream beforehand might be helpful in checking out the appeal of the illustrations.

    Looking for Ai-chan

    【To all VTubers】

We are now holding “Kizuna AI on the Run” in VRChat.

Please catch Kizuna AI, who is somewhere in VRChat. You have 1 hour. She may not be in the location shown in the picture. If you find her, we will collaborate on the spot. However, this is limited to those who are currently active. Good luck. pic.twitter.com/ozxYZHlPMd

    — Kizuna AI / キズナアイ (@aichan_nel) July 21, 2026

Recently, Kizuna AI announced that she would be recording on VRChat and called upon other VTubers to participate. The event that took place was called “Kizuna AI on the Run,” where participants had to find Kizuna AI’s location based on photos posted on X. Noracat took on this dream opportunity, where finding her would lead to a collaboration.

The edited video will probably be released on Kizuna AI’s channel in the future, but it clearly shows how the participants followed her from their perspective. By utilizing information from the comments section posted during the live stream and checking the locations of friends, they successfully located Kizuna AI through sheer manpower and managed to encounter her three times.

Noracat is a VTuber who previously participated in upd8 alongside Kizuna AI. Therefore, Kizuna AI is, of course, aware of Noracat. She can be seen reacting to the joke hoodie Noracat was wearing, which read “upd8 ha mou9” (upd8 is gone). Many other VTubers and VRChat users, including Kerin and Engine Kazumi, also discovered Kizuna AI’s location and appeared in Noracat’s stream.

The sight of individual VTubers gathering in VR and excitedly surrounding Kizuna AI is reminiscent of 2018, the dawn of VTubers and VRChat in Japan. The joy and nervousness emanating from those who encountered her, even through their avatars, convey just how significant Kizuna AI’s presence is to everyone.

【Holoka】Episode 2: Creating a card that guarantees a win using counterfeit Holoka cards 【Hololive/Shirakami Fubuki】

Shirakami Fubuki conducted a live stream in which she attempted to forge ridiculously powerful cards for the Hololive Official Card Game (hereinafter referred to as HoloCard). Of course, since they are forgeries, they cannot be used in actual gameplay, but the sheer absurdity of it all is what makes it so fun.

The meticulously drawn, stylized illustrations and hand-drawn UI reproductions are remarkably high-quality, showcasing her impressive technical skills. Therefore, her drawing streams are also very engaging. Even if the cards aren’t usable, you’ll want to get your hands on printed copies.

It’s fun to watch them come up with outrageous rules. Among them, “Get ready in 5 seconds” is the epitome of an outrageous card that puts pressure on the opponent to end their turn within 5 seconds. Even though it’s a fake, it’s an effect that would make you quite panicked if it were actually played against you.

Throughout the entire stream, there’s an atmosphere that suggests Shirakami Fubuki, who’s drawing, and the comment section are secretly plotting something together. It’s a stream that will make you grin while watching it.

The music video for “55.6 Billion Years,” a new original song by Raiki Antares, who is celebrating his 8th anniversary since his digital debut, has been uploaded. “56.6 Billion Years” refers to Raiki Antares’s age. The lyrics and music were

As a being who has watched over not only the history of Earth but the entire universe, the song and music video capture how Raiki Antares observes the changes in life. What she has seen as she steadily walked forward is the nature of music: “To be alive is to play music.” Even as times change, people continue to evolve with music, but as time goes on, humans will stop creating music themselves and leave it to technology. Raiki Antares, who has walked on while watching human activities, stops and thinks: “Don’t I have to sing? Don’t I have to play? Is that still music?”

The lyrics have a macro perspective and a strong message, with many parts that make you think. However, they don’t force their views on the listener, instead leaving it up to them with lines like, “Oh, the rest is up to you guys to decide. You can do whatever you want with the future.” Her attitude of observing humanity from the sidelines while continuing to move forward at her own pace is one of the reasons why this song stays in your heart and never leaves.

What’s unique is how the types of instruments used change to reflect the changing times in the lyrics. The grand-scale themes are presented with a lighthearted reggae melody and upbeat vocals, making it easy to listen to. It’s a song that will stick in your head after just one listen.

    Face Reality – Serenade

The stylish French pop-style melody will gently sway your heart. The music video for Genjitsu Miro’s original song “Serenade” has been posted. It is a track included in their 4th EP, “Lumière”.

This song has a sparkling, shimmering sound that feels wonderful. The gently swaying vocals are soothing and evoke the feeling of a refreshing night breeze.

The line, “The night is dazzling, a pastel blend of longing colors,” is sung lightly, as if the singer is thrilled by the alluring aspects of the night. At the same time, the line, “The night is lonely, but the sunlight filtering through the trees fills me with affection,” subtly portrays the sentimental side of the night through the nuances of the singing voice.

This song beautifully captures the multifaceted charm of the night with its upbeat instrumentation and danceable vocals, making it the perfect tune to listen to while driving from evening to night.

Incidentally, a self-cover version by the composer, Ginnojo Hoshi, was also uploaded at the same time. Comparing it to the vlog-style video allows you to appreciate the song’s lighthearted and enjoyable feel even more deeply.
