Star Collectibles has opened a new toy and hobby shop in Frisco.
Open since Aug. 14, the business sells toys, games, plush toys, board games, playing cards, action figures, collectibles, merchandise, housewares and nostalgic items, including Star Wars, Marvel and DC lunch tins. Collectors can shop in-store or online with free shipping for orders over $100.
Founded by Helen Squire in 2026, the shop started as a personal passion project and aims to grow into a destination for North Texas collectors and families.
“Whether it’s Star Wars, Stranger Things, Hello Kitty, The Office, Harry Potter or another fandom that feels like home, the right décor says something about who you are before you ever say a word,” a Star Collectibles social media post states. “Star Collectibles will be stocked with nostalgic, fun decor that lets collectors bring a little more personality into their favorite spaces.”
