Bandai — Godzilla at GameStop in Mission Valley
Before the Exhibit Hall even opened, the company brings Godzilla to the GameStop in Mission Valley on Wednesday, July 22, where fans could meet the King of the Monsters, sns, pick up a free promotional button, and shop new Godzilla merchandise, including the Godziburst and Godzilla Scramble figure lines. It’s also be the first time to buy the Glow-in-the-Dark Burning Godzilla figure
Fans could stop by from 11am-3pm (with scheduled breaks).
Bandai Namco gives Godzilla fans a Kaiju-sized collecting mission at San Diego Comic-Con this year.
In celebration of the launch of the new Godziburst figure line, Bandai Namco unleashed eight free, commemorative pins at Booth #3345, available throughout the convention. For those looking to conquer the mission of collecting the pins, there are several ways to add pins to your haul:
Join the “Escape from Godzilla” photo op at the booth, while supplies last. Take part in daily “Godzilla Games” at the booth, including Godzilla triwere on the convention floor handing out free items, including Godziburst pins
There are eight total pins to collect, divided into three rarity tiers: Normal, Rare, and Epic. Normal and Rare pins will come in blind packaging and be distributed throughout the weekend, while one of the extremely limited Epic pins could be earned by winning select games at the booth.

BOOM! Studios (Booth #2229) offered two different blind bag item purchases for their new and upcoming Mighty Morphin Power Rangers comics, as well as a panel regarding the next era of Power Rangers comics.

Moderated by Ben Kliewer, Power Rangers stars Walter Jones, Dan Southworth, Rhett Fisher, Tracy Lynn Cruz, Michael Copon, Brennan Mejia, Christopher Khayman Lee, Patrick David, and Sean Cw, Johnson provided an evening filled with nostalgia and fun behind the scenes stories.

Legend of the White Dragon Panel – Room 6DE
The story, set three years after a tragic battle, sees Erik Reed / the White Dragon (Frank) return to his city to protect his wife and daughter from a new threat. The film is described as a “mature take on the Power Rangers franchise”, but is set in its own original universe.
The project was crowdfunded through Kickstarter, after a single unsuccessful campaign on the same site. Featuring Jenna Frank, this panel was a must for Power Ranger fans new and old.
