At the Bob’s Burgers panel on Saturday at San <a href="https://comicvibe.com/kieran-culkin-to-play-the-devil-in-family-guy-halloween-special-<a href="https://comicvibe.com/clash-of-the-toon-titans-asterix-vs-tintin-rematch-announced/” title=”Clash of the Toon Titans: Asterix vs Tintin Rematch Announced”>announced-at-san-diego-comic/” title=”Kieran Culkin to play the Devil in 'Family Guy' Halloween special announced at San Diego Comic”>Diego Comic-Con, creator and executive producer Loren Bouchard announced a holiday short premiering this year on Hulu and Disney+.
“On the Fort Day of Christmas” follows the Belcher family as they deal with a record-breaking Christmas snowstorm that prompts Tina, Gene, and Louise to complete one very important mission: Building a record-breaking Christmas snow fort.
Bouchard shared a first-look image from the special, which shows the full Belcher family on the couch as the kids open presents. Louise’s half-unwrapped gift is a box that says “The Fort.” Check it out below.
Saturday’s Bob’s Burgers panel also featured supervising director Bernard Derriman and series stars H. Jon Benjamin; John Roberts; Kristen Schaal; Eugene Mirmanb; and Dan Mintz. They did not announce the release date for the holiday short, but it will likely debut prior to or on December 25.
Bob’s Burgers Season 17 of the series returns to FOX in 2027 and will stream on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ for U.S. subscribers.
