Epic Games has confirmed the arrival of Lil Wayne in Fortnite, with new skins and cosmetic items set to launch on September 12, 2026.

The collaboration was teased by Lil Wayne through cryptic social media posts, including the phrase “Where we dropping?” and a voice clip saying, “Weezy F. Baby. The F is for Fortnite.” These hints sparked widespread speculation among fans and Fortnite community leakers.

The Fortnite Icon Series has previously featured artists like Juice WRLD, Travis Scott, and Ice Spice, making Lil Wayne’s inclusion a notable expansion of the game’s music-themed <a href="https://comicvibe.com/red-bull-pits-indian-gamings-content-creators-in-a-life/” title=”Red Bull Pits Indian Gamings Content Creators in a Life”>content.

According to Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR, the Lil Wayne collaboration will include two distinct skins. Epic Games officially announced the partnership with a trailer showcasing the rapper and the new cosmetics.

The Lil Wayne bundle will appear in the Fortnite Item Shop starting at 5 PM Pacific Time on September 12, coinciding with the Chapter 7 Season 4 update scheduled for September 17.

Details from dataminers reveal that the bundle comprises two skins, two Back Blings, a Pickaxe, a Glider, two Emotes, an Emoticon, a Wrap, a Guitar, and a Loading Screen. Both skins will feature multiple selectable styles and reactive options.

The skins include options such as glasses on/off, hats on/off, and reactive pants or glasses, enhancing customization for players.

Timing for the bundle’s release varies globally, with availability on September 13 in regions like the United Kingdom, Central Europe, India, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand due to time zone differences.

The Lil Wayne collaboration follows Fortnite’s trend of integrating major music artists into its ecosystem, blending gaming with pop culture and music entertainment.

Fans have speculated on potential songs to feature in the collaboration, including “A Milli,” “6 Foot 7 Foot,” and “Lollipop,” although no official confirmation has been made regarding soundtrack inclusions.

Other artists like Ken Carson have also been linked to upcoming Fortnite content this season, but Lil Wayne remains the confirmed addition at this time.
