Viper Deme says Amber Rose's verified Instagram account offered to connect her with a business manager who could guarantee her 'more money.'

Sliding into a celebrity’s DMs is practically a rite of passage. Getting a message back is a flex. Getting one from Amber Rose promising to make you more money? That apparently hits a little differently.

In an Instagram Story posted Tuesday, July 21, gaming creator Viper Deme shared a screenshot of a message she says came from Rose’s verified account.

“Hey babe can I connect you to my business manager?” the message read.

“He can guarantee you more money in contract and does month by month.”

Viper wasn’t exactly rushing to hear the pitch. “There’s no way celebrities are this broke now,” she wrote above the exchange.

Rose, 42, didn’t identify the manager, explain what kind of contracts were on the table or say whether she had any financial stake in making the introduction. It’s also unclear why Viper was approached in the first place — but she’s hardly waiting to be discovered.

The social media star streams Rainbow Six Siege on Twitch as Viperous, moderates for Trainwreckstv and works with brands including Stake and Happy Dad. Her bio even lists an agency contact, so representation wasn’t exactly a gap in her life.

And there’s plenty of money to chase. U.S. creator ad spending is expected to reach nearly $44 billion in 2026, with agencies increasingly helping online personalities turn their audiences into products, shows and larger companies.

Rose knows those relationships can get complicated. During a VidCon panel in 2023, she told rising creators that bigger audiences often come with agents and publicists — but warned against letting a new team take control of what they post.

“Just remember, when you start hiring these people, that they work for you; you don’t work for them,” she said at the time. “They’ll tell you, ‘You need to start posting things like this,’ and over time, you start to lose yourself. That’s what happened to me a few years ago. You start to become a shell of who you used to be.”
