If last August was the first edition of a new segment, this September brought even more stories from the Indonesian Virtual YouTuber scene. From hololive announced several important events and announcements for Indonesian fans, all the way to many Indonesian VTuber agencies and indies facing many ups and downs throughout September.
In this article, we summarized every events, achievements, new original songs, and more as many as possible from Indonesia. Much like the first edition, there is a lot of VTuber news that we can’t cover on our site. Lastly, these segments covered what was going on from 1-30 September 2026.
New Original Songs
Achievements and Milestones
- On 3 September 2026, Darlyene Nightbloom from Whicker Butler has reached 30 thousand subscribers on YouTube.
- PANDAVVA’s Yudistira Yogendra has achieved 100 thousand subscribers, the same date as his birthday on 9 September 2026.
- Ahomika from Oristarium has reached 10 thousand subscribers on 16 September 2026.
Events
- The holodori Takeover campaign took place from 7 to 30 September 2026 at Ratu Plaza, Jakarta, featuring all 9 hololive ID talents across three special schedules.
- To celebrate their latest anniversary, hololive has collabed with Phoenix Gramedia Indonesia, titled hololive Anniversary Collection, the promotional campaign is currently run since 18 September to 1 November 2026, at more than 35 Gramedia stores across cities in Indonesia.
- To celebrate 4th anniversary for their Chapter: 01 talents, Project:LIVIUM held a special event called Chapter:01 4th Anniversary, which was held from 24 to 30 September 2026.
- On 26 September 2026, TKV ID held a stand-up comedy event on their discord server titled Temu Lawak Show, which consisted of 6 VTubers as their guest stars.
- First introduced on 14 September and consisted of Ahomika and Juliana Shafira from Oristarium, 2FM was born with a debut concert was held on 26 September 2026.
Announcements
- VTuber agency NAWASENA has introduced their latest generation, also known as NAWASENA 3rd Generation, they are consisted of three VTubers: MooMi Latte, Kukuryu, and Matchuan. The group are scheduled to be debuted on October 2026.
- Whicker Butler has officiallly introduced their newest talent, Keiko Lynx, as part of Whicker Butler Affiliate. She is also the Project Leader for Whicker Studio, a studio operated under Whicker Universe.
- After 6 years of become a top in Indonesian VTuber industry, hololive Indonesia has officially “merged” with hololive English, hololive Japan, and hololive DEV_IS. All 9 Hololive ID talents continued their VTuber activities under direct operation from Hololive.
- Throughout early September, Project:LIVIUM has announced their presence in the upcoming CF23 event, alongside introduced Chapter: 03 consisted of Pierre Iddamont, Wansy Hyerr, Arvent Durra, Edgar Tyrsonted, and Kian Kishanya.
- Following graduation of all their talents on July, all operational activities of JKT48V has officially ended since 11 September 2026.
- Prism:NOVA collabed with three partners for the upcoming CF23 event. Three partners including: Arunika Virtual as merchandise booth partnership, Indonesian VTuber group LAETA (previously named RancomTeam) as circle booth partnership, and Prism:NOVA Lingkarya, a creative division under Prism:NOVA.
- VTuber agency Snowdrop Live has announced the graduation of their two talents, Ansel Cervidae and Oiruka Lovin on 15 September.
- After approximately 2 years of operations, VTuber agency HRCOME has ceased their activities since 21 September 2026, with all five remaining talents are continuing their career as indie VTubers.
- On 21 September, AfteRain revealed their upcoming new generation from their short video teaser.
