HBO Max is pulling out all the stops this year with immersive fan experiences, exclusive screenings, Hall H panels, and plenty of surprises centered around three of its most anticipated series: Lanterns, Stuart Fails to Save the Universe, and House of the Dragon

Enter the Multiverse with Stuart Fails to Save the Universe
Fans of The Big Bang Theory won’t want to miss this one
Starting Thursday, July 23, HBO Max is transforming Stuart’s Comic Center of Pasadena into a real-life interactive experience where fans can explore the multiverse inspired by Stuart Fails to Save the Universe
Guests will walk through dimensional portals, make story-driven choices, discover which hero archetype matches their personality, sns with props from the series, score exclusive merchandise, and leave with personalized collectibles. It’s a celebration of comic book culture mixed with the hilarious chaos fans expect from Stuart Bloom’s latest adventure
Hall H Panel
The excitement continues with a Hall H panel on July 23 (2:15–3:15 p.m.), featuring an exclusive advance screening of the new Max Original series before it premieres
Fans can also hear directly from creators Chuck Lorre, Zak Penn, and Bill Prady, alongside cast members Kevin Sussman, Lauren Lapkus, John Ross Bowie, and Brian Posehn. The panel will be moderated by fan-favorite geek icon Felicia Day
Earlier that day, the cast will also appear for a signing at DC’s booth (#4544)

DC fans finally get their chance to prove they’re worthy
The upcoming HBO Max series Lanterns is bringing the Lanterns Training Headquarters to San Diego, where fans can test their fearlessness through a series of interactive challenges inspired by the Green Lantern Corps
The immersive experience includes:
- Target practice
- Team-building challenges
- Puzzle-solving
- Escape-room-style mysteries
- Interactive environments inspired by the show’s setting
Complete the training, and you’ll earn your very own custom Green Lantern ring, experience a Snapchat-powered interactive mirror, and have the chance to purchase exclusive Lanterns merchandise
As an added bonus, HBO Max will surprise fans throughout San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter with giveaways and set up special Lantern Recharge Stations where attendees can cool off and recharge both themselves and their phones
Hall H First Look
On Friday, July 24, the cast and creators of Lanterns take over Hall H for one of the convention’s biggest panels
The presentation features stars Kyle Chandler (Hal Jordan), Aaron Pierre (John Stewart), Garret Dillahunt, and Poorna Jagannathan, alongside co-creators Chris Mundy, Damon Lindelof, and Tom King
Expect never-before-seen footage, behind-the-scenes stories, and plenty of new details about one of DC’s most anticipated television series
Return to Westeros Early with House of the Dragon

On Saturday, July 25, fans can attend an exclusive advance screening of House of the Dragon Season 3, Episode 6, complete with an introduction from co-creator and showrunner Ryan Condal
The screening offers one of the earliest opportunities anywhere to experience the next chapter in the Targaryen civil war before the episode officially airs
