    NYCC ’26: Midnight Universe and VISIONQUEST highlight Marvel’s convention plans

    We’re only a week away from New York Comic Con and exhibitors are rolling out details for what fans can expect. Case in point, Marvel unveiled information for its NYCC presence which includes activities at Booth #2153, panels, and other events. 

    Not surprisingly, promotion on the comics side includes the Midnight Universe which launches the same week. launch of the Midnight Universe line. On the movie/TV side of the equation, VisionQuest (which just dropped a new trailer) is a major focus and includes an offsite activation.

    Marvel is bringing the excitement to New York Comic Con 2026.

    NYCC is almost here, and Marvel is returning with an exciting lineup of all-star panels, immersive experiences, exclusive giveaways, and more. On Thursday, Marvel will kick things off with a blockbuster panel teasing what’s next from Marvel Television and Marvel Animation, featuring an inside look at some of the most anticipated series coming to Disney+. And all weekend long, Marvel Comics will be hosting must-see panels teasing what’s coming to the House of Ideas — from the thrilling launch of the Midnight Universe to what’s next for Peter Parker and friends after Amazing Spider-Man #1000. 

    Marvel is also returning to the NYCC show floor with two can’t-miss booths. At Booth #2153, fans entering the main queue will journey through the world of Marvel Television’s VisionQuest, enjoy a fun look at the Williams x Marvel collaboration, receive an exclusive Marvel Comics giveaway, and wrap up the experience with a Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsdayphoto opportunity.

    The booth’s central hub will host daily cosplay meetups, episode watch parties, Marvel trirate their favorite stories, characters, and moments from across the Marvel Universe

    Plus, don’t forget to check out all the Marvel merch available at Booth #2453 with Heroes & Villains!

    Up Next From Marvel Television and Marvel Animation / Empire Stage / 4:15 – 5:45 p.m.

    Join special guests for an inside look at Marvel Television and Marvel Animation’s most anticipated upcoming series on Disney+.

    Suit Up, Spidey Fans! Spider-Man World Record Attempt / Main Stage / 6:30 – 9:45 p.m.

    Jazwares and Disney Consumer Products invite fans at New York Comic Con to make history with a Guinness World Records attempt for the largest gathering of people dressed as Spider-Man! Jazwares will provide complimentary Spider-Man costumes to participants as supplies last — register online here. 

    That Time Deadpool Fell into a WEBTOON Panel / Room C103 / 12:15 – 1 p.m.

    What happens when the “Merc with a Mouth” falls into the world of WEBTOON? Join us for the inside scoop on the all-new Deadpool Marvel Original series coming to WEBTOON, an exclusive sneak peek at the series, and a look ahead at some iconic Marvel Comics stories coming to WEBTOON’s vertical scroll platform for the first time.

    Marvel Comics: Bullpen Bulletins! with Stephen Wacker / Room 405 / 3:30 – 4:30 p.m.

    Stop right there, conventioneers!  You found the big one! The Bullpen is back in action as all-new Editor-in-Chief Stephen Wacker charts the thrilling future of the Marvel Universe for the first time…and probably gets in trouble for saying too much!! From bold publishing moves to groundbreaking storytelling, Marvel’s Bullpen crew is ready to burst into tomorrow, and this is where you’ll hear the first rumblings of what’s being built inside the House of Ideas! 

    Marvel Comics: The Midnight Hour – Friday / Room 405 / 5 – 6 p.m.

    Welcome to the Midnight Universe. Celebrate the launch of this terrifying new line with the twisted minds behind its creation as they lift the cloak of darkness surrounding Midnight Spider-Man, Midnight Fantastic Four, and Midnight X-Men with first looks, secret lore, and a glimpse into the world’s shadowy future.

    Magic: The Gathering at New York Comic Con / Room 406.3 / 7:45 – 8:45 p.m. 

    Something Magical is coming to New York Comic Con… and no, we can’t tell you what it is yet. (Nice try, though.) What can we tell you? You’ll want to be in the room when it happens. Expect Magic: The Gathering, a universe beyond our own and some people who know things they’re currently not allowed to talk about. For now, consider this your official save-the-date, save-the-multiverse, and definitely-save-yourself-a-seat notice.

    Marvel Comics: The Spider-Web / Room 405 / 3:30 – 4:30 p.m.

    It’s never been a better time to be a Web-head! Fresh off Amazing Spider-Man #1000, the biggest issue in Spider-Man history, discover what’s on the horizon for Peter Parker, Miles Morales, Gwen Stacy, and more with a look into the future of Marvel’s web-slinging heroes, including a major announcement that will turn their world upside down! 

    Marvel Comics: House of Ideas – Saturday / Room 405 / 5 – 6 p.m. 

    The House of Ideas is ready to blow the roof off NYCC! From world-defining events to breathtaking new series, something big is always under construction in the Marvel Universe. It’s a New Day for the House of Ideas and tomorrow is on full display in this all-new, all-different panel with wall-to-wall announcements, major reveals and more surprises you’ll never see coming! If you want to know what’s next for Marvel, you won’t want to miss this (…but remember: “next” is only the beginning!)

    Hasbro Action Brands Toy Panel / Room 406.3 / 11 – 11:45 a.m.

    Hasbro’s brand marketing and design teams return to NYCC with an action-packed showcase of its iconic action figure lines. Fans can expect updates from some of their favorite brands, including exclusive reveals, behind-the-scenes insights, and a glimpse at what’s next in action figure storytelling.

    Marvel Midnight Signing at Midtown Comics Times Square, Wednesday, October 7 at 5 p.m.

    Enter the Midnight Universe at Midtown Comics! Join Benjamin Percy, Phillip Kennedy Johnson, and Jonathan Hickmanas they take over Midtown Comics Times Square for a special signing celebrating Marvel’s all-new Midnight titles: Midnight Fantastic Four, Midnight Spider-Man,and Midnight X-Men!

    Want to meet the creators and get your books signed? Purchase a Midnight title at Midtown Comics Times Square to join the signing line. Each creator can sign up to two items per fan — bring one favorite from your collection, and pick up another at the store! Space is limited to the first 150 fans, so don’t wait until midnight to make your move.

    Controlled, Altered, Deleted: The VisionQuest Collection at Studio 525

    To err is human, to 404 error is machine. Inspired by Marvel Television’s VisionQuest and Vision’s legacy across the MCU, embark on a journey through an art gallery that unfolds as you explore. Be immersed in Vision’s history and discover what was altered, what was lost, and what endures when a machine searches for his humanity. Vision’s story is still being written, and each step into the gallery reveals more to the narrative than what’s on the surface…
