Entertainment Network (India) Limited concluded its 27th Annual General Meeting on Friday, September 25, 2026. The meeting was held through Video Conference and Other Audio Visual Means, with the deemed venue being the company’s registered office in Mumbai.

Meeting proceedings and attendance

The meeting commenced at 3:00 pm and concluded at 4:12 pm. A total of 45 members participated in the AGM through the virtual platform. Requisite quorum was present, and the meeting was chaired by Vineet Jain, Non-Executive Chairman. All directors were present, along with Chief Executive Officer Yatish Mehrishi, Chief Financial Officer Sanjay Kumar Ballabh, and Company Secretary Mehul Shah.

Statutory compliance and audits

The Audit Report and Secretarial Audit Report did not contain any qualification, reservation, or adverse remark. The meeting adhered to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP served as the statutory auditor representative, while Hemanshu Kapadia acted as the secretarial auditor.

Voting mechanism

Voting on all resolutions was conducted13. Remote e-voting was open from September 20 to September 24, 2026. An electronic poll was also taken during the AGM for those who had not voted remotely
