Disney reveals first look at ‘Dragon Striker’ Season 2, confirms early 2027 premiere at Anime Expo

Go Knights! Disney’s “Dragon Striker” Season 2 is slated to premiere in early 2027. Plus, a first look at the show’s second season debuted at Anime Expo in Los Angeles
The hit series follows a farm boy named Key who learns his natural talent in a world of magic and sports, could make him the legendary Dragon Striker. He joins elite school Kal Asterock’s scrappy Knights soccer team with goalkeeper Ssyelle. The two fight to hold the underdog team together while discovering dark secrets and an ancient evil
Fans were treated to a first look in the form of an image at the show’s panel at Anime Expo. In the photo, characters Key, Odward, Ssyelle, Ameline and Milo are standing confidently and ready to risk everything for victory

“Dragon Striker” Season 2 will consist of 11 episodes and will premiere in early 2027 on both Disney XD and Disney+
