The new pirate-themed mini-season is coming to Fortnite very soon. Specifically, next Sunday, November 1, Epic Games’ battle royale will kick off Treasure Hunters, which is the name of this new phase. The highlight is its collaboration with ‘One Piece’—which brings new outfits available through both the mini-battle pass and the in-game store: Luffy and his friends are joining the game as playable characters, and a new map will also be introduced during this event. In this article, we summarize all the relevant updates:
When does the new Fortnite mini-season start? Date and times
Treasure Hunters, as Fortnite’s new mini-season is called, kicks off next Sunday, November 1, 2026. Although Epic Games has not yet provided a specific start time, everything points to Patch 43.00 arriving around 2:00 am ET. This date and time correspond to the following times across the United States:
- 2:00 AM ET
- 1:00 AM CT
- 11:00 PM PT

Please note that this is the time when maintenance begins and the new content update starts downloading; in the meantime, the servers will remain offline for a few more hours. Once Epic Games brings the servers back online and we’ve updated the game, we’ll be able to enjoy all the new features of Treasure Hunters. Also, it’s worth noting that this will be a mini-season lasting approximately one month, so the debut season of the game’s new chapter—Chapter 8—is set to arrive in early December.
All the new ‘One Piece’ outfits in the new Fortnite season
Epic Games has already confirmed not only which new ‘One Piece’ outfits will be coming to Fortnite during the Treasure Hunt mini-season, but also which ones will be part of the mini-battle pass. The list is as follows:
- Nico Robin and Aceare part of the mini-battle pass, available starting November 1.

- Luffy, Nami, and Usoppare part of the in-game store and will be available starting November 1.

- Sanji, Zoro, and Chopperare part of the in-game store and will be available starting November 7. Chopper is not an outfit, but a pet.

- Buggy will be available in the in-game store starting November 13.

Aside from the ‘One Piece’ outfits, Treasure Hunters will also feature numerous new anime-themed outfits, strongly reminiscent of the style used in Eiichiro Oda’s work. Thus, characters like Jonesyand Charlottewill be reimagined as if they were new members of the Straw Hat Pirates themselves.

As expected, the new collaboration brings its own custom weapons and powers to Fortnite. In addition to Luffy’s Gomu Gomu Fruit powers, there are also Ace’s fire powers from the Flame Fruit, as well as Zoro’s three-sword fighting style. Even Usopp gets a custom weapon in the form of a slingshot that functions as a sniper weapon—as precise as it is lethal.
Here’s a look at the new Treasure Hunters map for Fortnite’s ‘One Piece’ season
Last but not least, there’s a new in-game island created specifically for the Treasure Hunters season. This time, it’s slightly smaller than the maps in regular seasons, so matches will only accommodate 80 players instead of the usual 100. Here’s what the new map looks like: a pirate skull.

Fortnite confirms its collaboration with ‘One Piece’: Luffy, Zoro, Nami, and Usopp
As we can see, the map is a pirate island in every sense of the word: not only is it shaped like a skull and crossbones, but it also features a significant amount of water where we can sail the seven seas, staying true to the season’s theme. The new map is divided into a total of twelve named locations, and, just like in previous mini-seasons, it will undergo small changes week by week.
