Fall is the biggest time of year for television, and CBS is debuting several new shows to ring in the season.
While a slew of beloved CBS shows are returning, including Boston Blue and Elsbeth, the network is also bringing in a fresh slate of scripted series that will join the fall 2026 lineup.
The first season of the network’s vampire comedy Eternally Yourswillfollow a 500-year-old vampire couple, Charles (Ed Weeks) and Liz (Allegra Edwards), whose marriage has gone stale — until their daughter’s new human boyfriend shakes things up for them.
The network is also continuing the longtime franchise NCIS with a spinoff, NCIS: New York, and introducing a new legal drama, Cupertino.
Below is everything to know about the new shows coming to CBS’ fall 2026 lineup.
NCIS: New York
NCIS is getting another spinoff with NCIS: New York. In the series, LL Cool J is reprising hisNCIS: Los Angelescharacter Sam Hanna, who moves back to his hometown of New York City.
There, he’s tasked with leading a new team alongside the “rogue-ish” Nick Schaeffer (Scott Caan). The cast also includes Jennifer Beals, Jacqueline Byers, Shane Harper and Devin Druid.
Since NCIS: Los Angeles concluded, LL Cool J has continued reprising his role as Hanna in guest spots throughout the NCIS world.
In April 2026, he told PEOPLE that slipping back into the character of Hanna is easy because he’s “a character that I’ve been living and breathing” for years.
He added, “I’ve been kind of on and off doing the character all along.”
NCIS: New York premieres on Tuesday, Oct. 6, at 9 p.m. ET.
Eternally Yours
The new sitcom Eternally Yours sees a married vampire couple who have fallen into a monotonous life after being married for 500 years. However, everything changes when their daughter brings home her human boyfriend.
The show’s official logline says that the new addition to their lives “forces them to confront whether their love can survive forever … or if forever is a life sentence.”
Executive producer Joe Wiseman told <a href="https://deadline.com/2025/12/ghosts-christmas-possession-season-5-interview-cbs-1236651472/” rel=”nofollow noopener” target=”_blank”>Deadline in December 2025 that the show has been a work in progress for about a decade, but it wasn’t until the success of Ghosts that Eternally Yours was “looked at again” after initially being passed on.
“[It’s] just been a long-term passion project, and I’m just looking forward to seeing it brought to life,” Wiseman said.
As for the cast, Weeks and Edwards are joined by Jaren Lewison, Helen J Shen and Parker Young, among others.
Eternally Yourspremieres on Thursday, Oct. 8, at 8:30 p.m. ET.
Cupertino
The legal drama Cupertino follows two recently fired lawyers — Michael (Mike Colter) and Oli — who decide to fight back against the tech giants that dominate Silicon Valley
They team up and vow to help those who have been taken advantage of by tech corporations. However, fighting some of the world’s wealthiest companies won’t be easy.
The cast also includes Ella Stiller, Nik Dodani, Busy Philipps and Renée Elise Goldsberry.
Cupertino premieres on Thursday, Oct. 8, at 10 p.m. ET.
