GRAMMY-winning artist Shaboozey is bringing more than music to San Diego Comic-Con 2026. The chart-topping superstar is making his SDCC debut with the launch of his first-ever comic book,The Outlaw Cherie Lee—and fans will have the chance to grab an exclusive early copy before it hits stores.
The worlds of music, comics, and the Wild West are about to collide at San Diego Comic-Con 2026.
Fresh off his historic success in country music, Shaboozey is expanding his creative universe with The Outlaw Cherie Lee #1, the first issue of a three-part Western comic series from Range Comics. Inspired by his upcoming fourth studio album, The Outlaw Cherie Lee & Other Western Tales, the comic continues the album’s narrative, giving fans an entirely new way to experience the story.
While the album rides onto streaming platforms on July 31, 2026, Comic-Con attendees will get an exclusive first look at the comic weeks before its official publication date of August 18, 2026.

He’ll be signing copies of The Outlaw Cherie Lee #1 at the Funko Booth (#5341) on the San Diego Comic-Con show floor beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, July 24. Best of all, attendees will have the rare opportunity to purchase the comic before its nationwide release.

From Billboard Records to Comic Books
Shaboozey has spent the last several years rewriting the rules of modern country music.
After becoming the only artist with multiple appearances on Beyoncé’s groundbreaking COWBOY CARTER, he exploded into superstardom with the Diamond-certified smash “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” which shattered records as the longest-running No. 1 song on the Billboard Hot 100 while simultaneously dominating the country charts.
His genre-defying blend of country, hip-hop, Americana, and storytelling has earned him multiple GRAMMY nominations, Billboard Music Awards, and his first GRAMMY win in 2026 for Best Country/Duo Group Performance alongside Jelly Roll for “Amen.”
Now, he’s bringing that same cinematic storytelling into comics.
