FanX returns to Salt Lake City September 24–26, bringing celebrities, cosplay, comics, gaming, authors, artists and more to Utah’s largest pop culture and comic convention

With hundreds of exhibitors, more than 250 hours of panel programming and more than 100 celebrity and featured guests announced for 2026, planning ahead can help fans make the most of their experience.
Here are a few tips before you go:
- Buy tickets and photo ops early. Some celebrity photo ops have already sold out, so don’t wait if there’s someone you want to meet.
- Plan your transportation. Consider parking ahead of time, or take TRAX as an alternative.
- Wear comfortable shoes. You’ll likely be doing plenty of walking throughout the convention.
- Bring cash and chargers. Keep your phone and other devices powered up throughout the day.
- Stay fueled. Make time to eat and drink so you have plenty of energy for everything on your schedule.
- Download the FanX app. Use it to keep track of panels, rooms, photo ops, announcements and schedule changes.
- Explore special programming. FanX is offering more special programming than ever, so be sure to check the schedule before you arrive.

FanX 2026 will feature guests from major fandoms including Marvel, DC, Disney, Star Wars, ’90s sitcoms, cartoons and more. Attendees can meet celebrities, get autographs and photos, shop for pop culture merchandise, explore artwork and comics, and attend panels covering everything from entertainment to writing and creative careers.
