Lupin ranks as the top TV show on Netflix across dozens of countries. It dominates in France, Brazil, Italy, Colombia, Egypt, and many other markets. In the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom, Nobody Wants This leads instead. Doctor X: Mafia in White tops several Asian markets, including Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
The new season introduces Assane Diop’s daughter, Adèle Kapour, and a secret treasure hunt. Screen Rant’s Shealyn Scott praised the new episodes, noting that the season delivers enough charm and thrills for a satisfying conclusion. The season also features the return of Hervé Pierre as antagonist Hubert Pellegrini.
Lupin remains one of Netflix’s most successful non-English series of all time. The first part drew 76 million households during its opening month in January 2021. Netflix previously described the show’s first two installments as consistent fixtures on its most popular non-English TV list. Part three earned approximately 50 million completed viewings by January 2024.
The series also gained renewed attention after the 2025 Louvre robbery. JustWatch analysts reported a 100 percent boost in viewership the week following the real-life heist. The show holds a perfect 100 percent approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes for its latest season, based on five reviews.
