Fortnite is heading to Gotham City with Lego Batman.

The online game is rolling out version 42.10 today, Sept. 3, with new Batman assignments, vehicles and more, according to the technology website Beebom.

Fortnite typically goes offline for a few hours to install updates. This usually happens the night before or during the early morning hours of the day of the launch.

Epic Games‘ status page states that update started at 4 a.m. ET Sept. 3.

Fortnite’s social media accounts have not announced any scheduled downtime as of Sept. 3. Visit Epic Games’ status page or its Fortnite Status account on X for the latest information.

What’s new in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4?

Fortnite’s latest chapter launched Aug. 20. The trailer for version 42.00 shows a game cartridge titled “Override” being plugged in as Tetris blocks begin to appear and characters from classic video game franchises like Sonic the Hedgehog, Mega Man and Mortal Kombat arrive.

Sonic the Hedgehog headlines the Chapter 7 Season 4 Battle Pass taking on series villain Geno. Version 42.00 features eight new skins, including:

• Phantom
• Grace Crowne
• Geno
• Sonic the Hedgehog
• Mali
• Wrixel
• Bastian

In addition, Tails from the Sonic franchise will feature in Fortnite as a sidekick, hovering in the air and following players around.
