NASCAR fans, we’ve officially reached the 2026 Cup Series Championship. After months of anticipation, a winner will finally be named on Sunday.
This year’s Cup Series has been a wild ride — perhaps one of the regular season’s least likely competitors is now on deck to win it all. With a monster Playoff Chase performance this fall, two-time champion Kyle Larson is poised to clinch his third title this weekend in Miami.
With a 67-point lead, Larson’s championship odds are at 99.4% for Sunday. He needs just nine stage points to clinch at Homestead, or without stage points he will need to finish 28th or better. Christopher Bell and Denny Hamlin are the only other drivers who could challenge Larson, though they’d need a miraculous performance.
