Halloween is creeping back onto the Wendy’s menu and this year’s Kids’ Meals come with a really fun surprise. Wendy’s Frosty Frights are returning September 14th with 12 new collectibles, giving fans a whole new crew of spooky characters to track down.

The new collection features six original Frosty Frights characters, but then every character has a second version with Halloween-inspired colors. The toys are randomly packed, so nobody knows which version will turn up in a Kids’ Meal.

Meet The New Frosty Frights

The 2026 Frosty Frights lineup introduces six new characters: Numb Chuck, Sir Choc-O-Lot, E.A.T., Cold Foot, Shiver Wing, and Taranchilla.

Each character gets a regular design and a spooky variant, bringing the collection to 12 different toys. Since the variants are randomly packed, a Kids’ Meal order could reveal a regular character or one of the Halloween versions.

Each one includes a sticker sheet and a mini trading card, while the Kids’ Meals get special Halloween-themed packaging to match the Frosty Frights crew.

Wendy’s is also teasing an “(un)lucky” 13th Frosty Frights character that Rewards members can get through a special Rewards Drop in the Wendy’s app. Details about that extra character are being kept under wraps for now, making the mystery even more tempting for collectors.

There are several meal options to choose from, including two-piece Chicken Tenders, four-piece Chicken Nuggets, a Hamburger, or a Cheeseburger. The meal also comes with a choice of Jr. Hot & Crispy Fries or Apple Bites, plus a kids’ drink.

Boo! Books Are Back For Halloween

Wendy’s has another Halloween favorite returning alongside Frosty Frights, and it’s Boo! Books.

The little coupon books are already available at participating Wendy’s restaurants for $1. Each book includes five coupons for free Jr. Frostys, plus a bonus coupon that can get customers a $1.99 Kids’ Meal with purchase.

There’s also a charitable side to the promotion. Ninety cents from every $1 Boo! Book purchase goes to the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, which supports efforts to find permanent, loving homes for children waiting in foster care.

The Frosty Frights Hunt Begins September 14th

Wendy’s is bringing plenty of Halloween fun to its Kids’ Meals this year. There are six new characters, six colorful variants, stickers, trading cards, special packaging, and even a mysterious 13th character for Rewards members to look out for.

The main Frosty Frights collection arrives September 14th at participating Wendy’s locations, while Boo! Books are already available. The toys are available while supplies last, so collectors hoping to complete all 12 may want to start the hunt early.
