On September 28th, the book “How to Start as a VTuber from Scratch! Streaming From Debut to Building Fan and Monetization” will be released by Publishing Sotec. The author is VTuber Ringo Kujo. The list price is 2,200 yen (2,000 yen + 10% tax), and it is an A5 size, 240-page, two-color printed book. The cover illustration is an original drawing by illustrator LAM.

This book is aimed at aspiring VTubers and those looking for their next step after their debut. The first half covers everything from organizing the necessary items for your activities to how to commission illustrators and modelers, and how to choose streaming software and equipment. It also answers questions that arise when you’re starting out, such as how to create a promotional plan and how to conduct pre-stream testing.

The second half focuses on post-debut developments, introducing ways to expand activities such as planning collaborations, creating merchandise, and venturing into 3D modeling and 3D live performances. Furthermore, it touches on how to accept work and how to maintain mental and physical well-being, summarizing the mindset needed for long-term success.

Ringo Kujo is a hybrid VTuber, a vampire-human. She debuted after auditioning for the AVATAR2.0 Project. Currently, she works as an independent VTuber. She is well-versed in the VR world and Live2D technology, and also writes columns.

I am pleased to announce that I will be publishing “How to Start as a VTuber from Scratch! Streaming From Debut to Building a Fanbase”

    with Sotec Inc.!

This book is packed with my knowledge and experience to be useful not only for preparation but also long after your debut.

Please be sure to pick up a copy!
