The Witcher 3 Remastered reveals first Nintendo Switch 2 gameplay

Following its announcement earlier this week, the first gameplay for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Remastered on Nintendo Switch 2 has been revealed.

Screenshots were previously shared a couple of days ago. Those images alone suggested that CD Projekt Red was churning out a pretty great port, but now we actually get to see it in action.

It looks like the title is playable – at least for the media – at Gamescom this week. Given that the September 29 launch isn’t too far away, that makes sense. We have a few minutes of docked footage, though it’s off-screen.

While we don’t have a direct-feed look, compared to The Witcher 3 on Nintendo Switch, this looks to be a massive upgrade. Graphically, it’s a huge boost compared to that version in terms of resolution, effects, and more.
