The Neal Agency (TNA) announced a strategic partnership with WIN Artists, a move that gives TNA’s roster opportunities across the broader entertainment industry to scale their influence, ownership and ambition.

WIN Artists, a division of Patrick Whitesell and Jason Lublin’s WIN Sports Group, was established by Josh Pyatt to support entrepreneurial, multidisciplinary artists and athletes on their projects.

“WIN Artists represent the gold standard in career stewardship, and we feel we’ve found the perfect partner to expand into the Television/Film world,” said TNA Founder and CEO Austin Neal. “Our shared ‘less-is-more’ philosophy ensures that every move is intentional, and this partnership provides our artists with a launchpad to dominate new arenas.”

The partnership is a win-win for both agencies, creating an ecosystem where talent can build diversified businesses and intellectual property while thriving in culture and entertainment.

With support and guidance from Pyatt and WIN Artists, TNA clients will gain access to opportunities across TV and film, cross-industry stewardship and strategic brand partnerships.

“Austin and his team represent generational artists whose influence reaches well beyond music, and our partnership is designed to match that ambition,” Pyatt said. “By expanding into film, television, and strategic brand ventures, WIN Artists will help TNA’s clients build enterprises that define the next era of entertainment.”
