The Hills alum shared that she and boyfriend MichaelRay have broken up after two years together, noting that she has officially been single since July and is already dipping her toes back into the dating pool.
“I’m starting to figure that out all over again,” Patridge told People in an interview published Sept. 25. “For me, I think the best person that you’re going to meet is probably through a mutual friend or someone, like being set up. Go out, like in person. I’m not a big internet person.”
The 41-year-old added that she is still open to marriage “with the right person and if our hearts and our lifestyle align,” but is still trying to figure out exactly what she’s looking for in a partner.
“I’m just getting back into it. I haven’t even thought about it yet,” she explained. “It’s just knowing that someone has a good heart and they’re coming from a good family, and they have good morals and values. And you have to agree with those things because if not, you have opposite lifestyles.”
Patridge—who shares 9-year-old daughter Kirra with ex-husband CoreyBohan—confirmed her romance with Ray in 2024, five years after his divorce from ex-wife CarlyPearce.
“There’s a lot of things in life worth letting go,” Patridge captioned a July 2025 Instagram photo of the two, quoting lyrics from Ray’s song “Hold.” “But the ones that mean the most, you gotta hold.”
And Ray didn’t hold back from expressing his own love for the reality star at the time.

“Let’s go babe!!!” the country singer commented on the post, adding an infinity and red heart emoji. “Grateful for you and Kirra.”
The two had even discussed potential wedding plans, with Patridge revealing they were both “open to it.”
“When you find someone that actually clicks and makes you happy, and we’ve both been through divorces and all of that,” she told Us Weekly in May, “we know what not to do and what we want.”
