Production has officially wrapped on Netflix’s Scooby-Doo: Origins, giving fans their latest update on the live-action reimagining of the classic mystery-solving gang. The eight-episode series is scheduled to premiere globally on Netflix in 2027, although an exact release date has not yet been announced.

Netflix announced Sunday that production has officially wrapped in Atlanta on their upcoming series Scooby-Doo: Origins. The streaming service also released a new photo of the titular good boy, which can be seen in the image gallery below.

The “Scooby-Doo” live-action Netflix series has added both Andre “3000” Benjamin and Cathy Moriarty in recurring roles.
