See new ‘GTA 6’ trailer as extended preview goes live on YouTube

Thursday afternoon’s extended preview trailer for Grand Theft Auto VI was bigger and better than anyone expected. Rockstar Games showed off over 25 minutes of footage from across the game on Netflix in a six-hour period of exclusive access for the streaming service.

It was quite the event, and it seemingly even broke Twitch and Netflix at points during the nearly half hour showing. Fans were whisked around Vice City and were shown quite a lot of what GTA 6 is set to offer, from car chases to gun play, basketball segments and more. Main characters Lucia and Jason were featured a ton in the preview, with fans getting their first glimpses of the (optional) romantic relationship between the pair.

And now, Netflix’s period of exclusive access to GTA 6‘s big deep dive is over, as Rockstar Games has uploaded the trailer to YouTube and their website for everyone to enjoy as many times as they want.

What a preview. GTA 6 is shaping up to be absolutely massive.

Rockstar Games has will release GTA 6 worldwide on November 19, 2026 for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
