Reliance Broadcast Network has launched ONE BIG WORLD, integrating BIG FM, digital news, DOOH, live events and digital platforms into a unified media ecosystem

Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd. (RBNL), the company behind BIG FM, has unveiled ‘ONE BIG WORLD’, an integrated media and entertainment ecosystem that brings together its radio, digital, news, digital out-of-home (DOOH) and live events businesses under a single umbrella

The launch marks a strategic shift for the company as it looks to evolve beyond its radio roots and build a multi-platform media network designed to engage audiences across online and offline touchpoints. The ecosystem will operate from a new 60,000 sq. ft. facility in Noida

According to the company, ONE BIG WORLD reaches over 500 million users every month through a combination of 67 BIG FM radio stations, the BIG News Network, more than 100 million lifetime users on BIG LIVE, a social media reach exceeding 20 million users, and over 5,000 transit-based digital outdoor screens across 75 cities

As part of the expansion, RBNL has introduced new platforms, including BIG FM One, BIG Experiences and BIG Vibe, targeting the digital content, experiential marketing and live entertainment segments

The company said the initiative aims to create a unified ecosystem where content creation, distribution and consumer engagement work together across multiple formats. The strategy also seeks to provide advertisers with integrated solutions spanning radio, digital media, news, outdoor advertising and on-ground activations

Speaking on the development, RBNL Chairman Sahil Mangla said the move represents the company’s response to changing consumer behaviour, with audiences increasingly consuming content across multiple platforms rather than through a single medium

Chief Executive Officer Ashit Kukian said the integrated model is designed to help brands execute campaigns across the company’s various media assets instead of relying on fragmented partnerships

The ecosystem will be built around three key pillars. The first comprises its core businesses, including BIG FM, the BIG News Network and BIG DOOH. The second focuses on digital products such as BIG FM One, BIG LIVE and BIG Social Connect. The third pillar includes experiential businesses such as BIG Vibe, BIG Concerts and BIG Experiences

BIG FM remains the company’s largest asset, with a presence across 67 stations reaching listeners in more than 1,900 towns and over 1.2 lakh villages. The radio network is also expanding into video-led formats through the introduction of Video Radio Jockeys (VRJs)

Meanwhile, BIG News Network is expected to expand its regional offerings and launch a dedicated business news platform, while BIG DOOH is being positioned as a technology-enabled outdoor advertising network
