East Side Little League now knows they will play in 2026 World Series action Monday.
After falling to Bayonne N.J., 3-1, Friday in the PA team’s opener, the Mid-Atlantic champs from West Chester dropped to the elimination bracket Monday, where they will meet Phoenix City, Alabama, which stayed alive with a 12-2 win over California Saturday night at Williamsport.
Bayonne (2-0) is in action at 1 p.m. Sunday vs. Iowa. California is eliminated.
East Side of West Chester (1-1) the Mid-Atlantic Region champion, plays Alabama, the Southeast Region representative in Game 24 on Monday, Aug. 24, at 7 p.m. ET.
