New Delhi: Nestlé India’s chocolate wafer brand MUNCH has launched ‘Hack the Crunch’, a gaming-focused initiative featuring some of India’s leading gaming creators and streamers.
The activation is based on a familiar challenge faced by gamers: eating a snack while both hands are occupied with a controller, keyboard or mobile device.
Gaming creators will demonstrate their own hacks and improvised solutions for snacking without pausing gameplay. The content will be released through live streams, gaming videos, reels and other social media formats.
The creators will also encourage their followers and gaming communities to share their own ways of balancing snacking with uninterrupted play.
Talking about the campaign, Gopichander Jagatheesan, Director, Chocolates & Confectionery, Nestlé India, said, “For us, staying relevant with young India has always meant being in-culture, earning a place in conversations as a participant, not an advertiser. This generation isn’t just consuming culture. They’re building it one stream, one reel, one hack at a time. With Munch Hack The Crunch, we entered the gaming world through a truth every gamer knows: when both hands are on the controller, snacking becomes a real challenge.
But instead of handing them the answer, we asked the community to do what they do best, find a hack. And they delivered. Clever fixes, hilarious jugaads, and content that turned a campaign into a culture moment.”
‘Hack the Crunch’ is running across gaming, streaming and social media platforms. The initiative uses gaming creators and community participation to connect the brand with younger online audiences.
