Meghan Markle has released a new promotional photograph for her lifestyle brand As Ever’s latest collection, sparking accusations from royal fans that she is “cosplaying” Princess Diana.
The Duchess of Sussex unveiled her second Holiday Collection this week, <a href="https://www.the-express.com/entertainment/celebrity-news/217103/meghan-markle-advent-calendar-release” rel=”nofollow noopener” target=”_blank”>following the launch of her $146 luxury advent calendar.
She has since expanded her limited-edition lineup with a wicker Pantry Basket ($259), a Parlour Basket ($242), and a Hostess Basket ($211).

Each basket features a distinct selection of As Ever staples, with the priciest option, the Pantry Basket, including three jams, two jars of honey, flower sprinkles, three herbal teas, a hot toddy mulling spice kit, and a spiced cider version.
Additional items available for purchase include a Treasures of the Orchard chocolate-covered fruit gift box, priced at $75.
In the newly released social media image, Meghan is pictured leaning against a kitchen counter, one hand resting on her chin and mouth as she gazes playfully to one side.
Dressed in a black turtleneck, black smart trousers, and black shoes, she captioned the image: “The Holiday Collection: Chapter One is now open. Discover our first arrivals of the season, with thoughtful gifts and new favourites for everyone on your list.”
A second photograph appeared to capture the duchess’s hands spreading jam on tarts. Sharp-eyed fans were quick to draw comparisons between Meghan’s ensemble and Princess Diana’s iconic outfit from her 1991 British Vogue photoshoot.
One user commented on an X post featuring the two photos side by side: “More Diana Cosplay.”
Another chimed in: “I thought her look was familiar..”
A third person exclaimed: “Oh my God!”.
A fourth critic wrote: “She does not have her own personality; she is always copying others.”
