On October 26, Indie manga publisher Manga Mavericks Books and platform and publisher Omoi have announced a new classic shojo manga license. The iconic series Georgie by Mann Izawa and Yumiko Igarash will be released as a digital exclusive on Omoi in Spring 2027 and in print by Manga Mavericks Books in August 2027.The manga will be printed in two deluxe edition hardcover volumes at JIS B5 (5.83″ x 8.27″) size.

Yumiko Igarashi is known for illustrating The Sword of Paros, which has also been licensed by Manga Maverick Books and announced at Anime Expo earlier this year.
