Janhvi Kapoor has revealed an unusual hidden talent that dates back to her school days. The actor, who recently attended Paris Fashion Week, shared that she can twist her tongue almost 360 degrees, although she herself described the ability as a “really stupid and useless skill.”

During a conversation with The Cut, Janhvi was asked if she had any hidden skills, prompting her to reveal the unusual party trick.

Talking about the skill, Janhvi said she could twist her tongue almost “360 degrees.”

The actor also explained how she discovered the ability while trying to impress her classmates at school.

According to Janhvi, other children would try to touch their tongues to their noses, something she was unable to do. Determined to find another trick she could perform, she experimented with twisting her tongue and eventually turned it into her own party trick.

Janhvi jokingly described the talent as a “really stupid and useless skill.”

The revelation comes amid Janhvi recently making headlines after an AI-manipulated video involving her and the song Chuttamalle from her 2024 film Devara: Part 1 circulated online.

The manipulated clip depicted the actor in a sexually explicit and degrading manner, leading Janhvi to speak out against the misuse of artificial intelligence.

In a note shared on her Instagram Stories, Janhvi criticised the use of technology to objectify women and said the circulation of fictionalised content without consent was “deeply violating.”

What’s next for Janhvi Kapoor?

On the work front, Janhvi is set to star in Lag Js Gale alongside Tiger Shroff and Lakshya.

Directed by Raj Mehta, the film is currently scheduled for a theatrical release in 2027.
