ELKHART — Families can celebrate Hispanic culture with music, food, dancing and fireworks at the fifth annual Hispanic Heritage Festival from noon to 10:15 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, at Central Green, 300 S. Main St.
The event is hosted by the Elkhart Sister Cities Association and presented by the Elkhart County CVB, according to a press release. Organizers have planned a full day of activities that include food vendors, market vendors, children’s activities, a beer garden, dance classes and live entertainment.
A fireworks display is planned to close the event.
Attendees can browse a large vendor market featuring local businesses and community organizations while enjoying live entertainment throughout the day. Children’s activities will be available at no cost.

Live music is scheduled from 3:30 to 10 p.m. Featured acts include Chicago Sonora and Los Ortega.
