In an Instagram Reel celebrating Ava’s 21st birthday, Locklear showed just how proud she is of her daughter. “I just think you are the kindest, funniest, smartest, most beautiful child in the world and you’ve turned out to be so wonderful… well, you came to me that way,” Locklear gushed in the short clip, highlighting just how strong their bond is.
