    • Cellcom is offering new subscribers HBO Max hit TV shows for NIS 99 during the first three months as part of an expanded television and fiber-internet package.
    • Existing Cellcom TV+ subscribers can add HBO Max Standard plan and receive their first three months at no additional charge, featuring HBO dramas, Warner Bros. Discovery films, and international hits like Friends and The Big Bang Theory.
    • Cellcom announced upcoming exclusive series for August, including Shoresy, Flowers, Save Me, Lioness, Poker Face, and Boston Blue, following the launch of the updated Cellcom TV+ interface and Ultra Live broadcasting technology.

The summer promotion will make HBO Max hit TV shows available to new Cellcom TV+ subscribers for NIS 99 during the first three months.

Israeli telecommunications company Cellcom announced Sunday that it would make HBO Max available to Cellcom TV+ subscribers as part of an expanded television and fiber-internet package.

Under the company’s summer promotion, new customers will be offered Cellcom fiber-optic internet, Cellcom TV+, and the HBO Max Standard plan for NIS 99 per month during the first three months.

Existing Cellcom TV+ subscribers will also be able to add the HBO Max Standard plan and receive their first three months at no additional charge, the company said.

HBO Max’s content library includes HBO dramas such as House of the Dragon,The Last of Us, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, and The Pitt, as well as Warner Bros. Discovery films and series.

The service also carries older international hits, including Friends andThe Big Bang Theory, alongside children’s programming and content from the Harry Potter, DC, and Warner Bros. brands.

Cellcom to offer new TV shows in connection with HBO Max

Upcoming releases listed by Cellcom include the Big Bang Theory spin-off Stuart Fails to Save the Universe and DC Studios’ Lanterns.

“The connection with HBO Max is a direct continuation of the launch of Cellcom TV+,” Cellcom chief marketing officer Michal Betzer said.

Betzer said the company had invested in its television technology and content library to improve the viewing experience and offer programming from leading international studios.

“We know that the summer period brings challenges for every household in Israel, with children at home and expenses increasing,” she said. “It was therefore important for us to expand the content offering at this particular time.”

She added that the promotion would allow subscribers to use HBO Max during Israel’s summer vacation and the Jewish holiday season.

    Cellcom expands August schedule

Cellcom also announced a slate of series scheduled to join Cellcom TV+ in August, including several programs that it said would be exclusive to its platform in Israel.

The first two seasons of the Canadian hockey comedy Shoresy will become available during August, with additional seasons expected to follow.

The company will also add both seasons of Flowers, the acclaimed British comedy-drama starring Oli

Other additions will include the third season of Taylor Sheridan’s espionage thriller Lioness, starring Zoe Saldaña, Nicole Kidman, and Morgan Freeman.

The second season of the Emmy-winning mystery series Poker Face, starring Natasha Lyonne, and police drama Boston Blue, starring Donnie Wahlberg, will also join the service.

The HBO Max agreement is the latest expansion of Cellcom’s television business following the launch of the updated Cellcom TV+ interface and its Ultra Live broadcasting technology.

Cellcom said the technology reduced the delay between live events and their appearance on internet-based television services during the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
