    David Broughton’s Shaman Kane heads to your Local Comic Shop again!

    If you’re a fan of David Broughton’s space adventure Shaman Kane, then you’ll be delighted to know US publisher Antarctic Press release Shaman Kane Resurrection #1 next month, available from all good Local Comic Shops, and some run by demons

    The first of a three book mini series, the interstellar exorcist rises again! Tasked with investigating a series of supernatural murders on his home planet Gefion, Kane arrives to find that the ghosts of his past have returned to haunt him. Can Kane overcome what awaits him, or will history repeat itself?

    The plot so far… Shaman Kane and fellow shaman Jane Rain have been called to the mining colony Chicxulub 665.  A Devil’s gate has materialised and released past adversaries Gore-Nast and Flesh-Tasty to terrorise the miners. Can Kane and Jane Rain stop their old enemies from crashing the asteroid into the heavily populated planet Siluuran, killing millions!

    John Freeman

    John  is the founder of downthetubes, launched in 1998. He is a comics and magazine editor, writer, and Press Officer for the Lakes International Comic Art Festival. He also runs Crucible Comic Press

    Working in British comics publishing since the 1980s, his credits include editor of titles such as Doctor Who MagazineandOverkill for Marvel UK, Babylon 5 Magazine, Star Trek Magazine, and its successor, Star Trek Explorer, and more.
