On <a href="https://comicvibe.com/fortnite-v42-40-october-15-2026-patch-notes-fortnite-guide/” title=”Fortnite v42.40 October 15 2026 Patch Notes – Fortnite Guide”>October 13th, developer cucumberworks (Cucumber Bomb)released a free tool called “SoulFlame VRM Exporter” This tool allows you to easily export VRChat avatars to VRM, a file format for 3D avatars.

In addition to supporting Modular Avatar, which is widely used for avatar modification, it can also handle the lilToon and poiyomi shaders. PhysBone, which simulates hair and clothing movement, is automatically converted. You can switch between clothing and accessories directly from the VRChat menu and export your favorite look in a single step.

We’ve also added support for customizing the facial expressions you export. You can adjust them while checking the appearance in the real-time viewer, and you can also use the facial expression setting tool “FaceEmo”. In addition, we have completed testing with the avatar shooting app “FumiFumi” and confirmed that SpringBone, a type of swaying effect, works without any problems.

Distribution will be done through VCC, an application that manages tools for VRChat. You can install it by adding the dedicated repository URL. Cucumberworks also provides updates on development status on Discord and accepts bug reports there.

*When modifying an avatar, please check the terms of use published by the avatar’s creator beforehand.
