Coming on: Wednesday, October 7, <a href="https://comicvibe.com/mog-or-die-codes-september-2026/” title=”Mog Or Die codes (September 2026)”>2026 at 10:00 am U.S. EDT

Virtual reality (VR) is transforming how engineers design, validate, and collaborate, making complex decisions faster and more intuitive. For those working in product development, manufacturing planning, or human-centric design, immersive VR and mixed reality software can help reduce late-stage changes, improve cross-functional communication, and accelerate time-to-market.

This 30-minute webinar will explore how to bring immersive VR into the daily workflows of design, process, and ergonomic engineers. Attendees will learn how teams can use the technology to interact with full-scale digital models to assess assembly feasibility, optimize ergonomics, and evaluate serviceability, long before physical prototypes are built.

An audience Q&A session will follow the technical presentation.

    Speakers:

Eric Kam, Senior Product Marketer, IC.IDO, Keysight Technologies

Eric Kam is a Senior Product Marketer for IC.IDO (I see, I do) at Keysight Technologies. As a digital transformation advocate, Eric promotes democratization of engineering applications used to identify, evaluate, and resolve potential issues to assure the OEMs have the best chance to deliver safe, productive, and sustainable products. A mechanical engineer by education, Eric applies his 31 years of diverse industrial experience to help enterprises recognize the value derived from virtual prototyping, immersive experiences, and virtual process validation especially in human interactive workflows required to bring new products to market and maintain them throughout their life cycle.

    Kevin Brand, Senior Architect, Synopsys

Kevin Brand is a Senior Architect for Synopsys, who has worked in the virtual prototyping field for 20 years. With a strong focus on automotive, he has concentrated on technology deployment and product management in recent years, directly enabling and deploying virtual prototyping solutions at semiconductor, Tier 1, and OEM companies. He holds a master’s degree in electronic engineering from Napier University and previously worked in the aerospace and defense domain.
