WESTON − Comic book collectors and fans will be able to browse comics and memorabilia when the sixth annual Wausau Comic Book Convention takes place Sept. 27 in Weston.
The event will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Dale’s Weston Lanes and The Mountain Bay Banquet Center, 5902 Schofield Ave., according to a community announcement. Admission is free.
Dealers from Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota and Michigan are expected to attend with comic books ranging from the Golden Age of Comics to current releases. Vendors also will offer related collectibles including action figures.
According to the announcement, dealers will be interested in purchasing comic books from attendees who have collections they no longer want.
