1312 Interactive, in partnership with Dwarven Brothers, today confirmed plans to release We Are So Cooked on consoles. This includes Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch.
We Are So Cooked is physics-stealth game supporting up to four players. The goal is to dispose of a body, but you’ll need to do so discreetly.
Here’s some additional information:
You ****** up. They’re dead and you’re going to be in big trouble. What do you do? Call your squad for help, that’s what. Ride or die… well, maybe just ride. Someone else did the dying (respectfully).
You and your friends need to work together to discreetly dispose of the body. Onlookers, obstacles, rag doll physics, and miscommunications are all active threats to exposing your crime. Unpredictable circumstances turn every small mistake into an absurd, escalating disaster. You better choose your squad wisely, or it’s the slammer for all y’all.
- DEAD WEIGHT: A dead body is heavy and floppy. Dragging one alone is slow and leaves a bloody trail. Gather the squad to help move a body, but coordinate carefully — one wrong move and you’re going to drop it. Be mindful of doorframes, vases, and other obstacles that the body can get snagged on.
- THREATS: DO NOT GET CAUGHT. If anyone sees you carrying the body, they’ll scream. Security will show up and bust you. Look out for security cameras and guard dogs too.
- IMPROVISE YOUR ESCAPE: Turn the environment into your toolkit. Find a wheelchair to roll the body past reception. Use a mop to clean up blood trails. Throw a squeaky toy to distract a guard. You can hold an item, OR you can drag the body. You can’t do both. Make sure your buddies collaborate to the fullest.
- UNIQUE SCENARIOS: Every environment forces your team to adapt to new physics hazards and AI threats. Sneak through luxury hotel lobbies and balance the dead weight on top-heavy luggage carts. Survive freezing, heavily guarded bunkers where getting caught means the firing squad. You best stay on your toes wherever you and that corpse need to escape from.
