Comic-Con
Pop culture fans will descend upon the Javits Center for New York Comic Con 2026 from Thursday, October 8, through Sunday, October 11. The official schedule of New York Comic Con 2026 panels and screenings has been announced, and we’ve compiled the TV and film ones here. If your most anticipated series of the fall TV season isn’t on the list, don’t worry. There are still panels to be announced.
Some of the highlights include a Game of Thrones reunion with Cersei and Jamie Lannister themselves, Lena Headey and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau. The panel is perfectly titled, “The Lannisters Send Their Regards.” The duo will also be doing meet-and-greets with fans, as will House of the Dragon star Matt Smith.
ABC‘s The Rookie will also host a panel, as will CBS‘s NCIS: New York, Einstein, Ghosts, and Eternally Yours (the latter two are hosting a joint panel). NBC is also staging a Brooklyn Nine-Nine retrospective, and Peacock is staging a first-look screening and panel for Linda Cardellini‘s Crystal Lake.
AMC will be bringing the stars of YAGA (the series stars Carrie-Anne Moss, Noah Reid, Hudson Williams, and Clark Backo, but cast attendance is TBA) in its AMC+ Spotlight panel. Walker Scobell will be there to preview Disney+‘s Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 3, and Paramount+ is bringing a Dexter: Resurrection Season 2 panel, as well as a first look at Star Trek: Starfleet Academy Season 2.

11:30 a.m., Room 406.2: Sesame Street Numeric Con Table Read/Panel
Watch a hilarious live table read from a fan-favorite classic Sesame Street episode, “Numeric Con” (season 45, 2014). A Sesame Street twist on Comic Con, “Numeric Con” is the biggest number convention where everyone on Sesame Street dresses up to celebrate their favorite number characters. Elmo, posing as The Dark Nine, has a grand plan for his day at the convention, with the ultimate goal of counting to ten with the Green LanTen. Hilarity, confusion, and fun ensue, and Elmo ultimately learns to be flexible (the word of the day). The reenactment will feature special appearances from other fan-favorite characters and celebrity guests dressed in the original “Numeric Con” costumes.

Two decades ago, audiences were introduced to the world’s most compelling serial killer. Now, the Dexter legacy continues. How accurate are science fiction movies? Are we alone in the universe? Special guests including NASA’s Astrophysics Division Director, Shawn Domagal-Goldman, will discuss life in the solar system as seen in science fiction, pitting Hollywood’s most dire plots against current NASA data. Domagal-Goldman will talk through the boundary between cinematic spectacle and cosmic reality of recent literary and silver-screen hits, with a focus on “Rocky” as featured in Andy Weir’s Project Hail Mary. Domagal-Goldman consulted with Weir on the novel that had a film release in March 2026.

Tubi is officially a year-round destination for all things horror. To celebrate the launch of Tubi’s “Terror on Tubi Hub,” a permanent destination for fans to discover their favorite horror titles ranging from Originals, fan favorite classics, and creator-led series, there is no one better to lead the charge than the iconic R.L. Stine. Last October, the streaming platform kicked-off an iconic partnership by premiering the widely successful Tubi Original family-friendly horror film, R.L. STINE’S PUMPKINHEAD.

Watch Episode 1 of Tokyo Revengers: War of the Three Titans Arc, the highly anticipated new arc streaming this October!
