D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event presented by Visa is officially here! This is truly the most epic weekend, bringing together the most creative and fashionable fans in one electric place as we celebrate the power of fandom across the worlds of Disney.
Everywhere you look throughout the Anaheim Convention Center, you’ll spot intricate hand-made cosplay, Disney merchandise from different decades, carefully organized group costumes, and lots of subtle nods to beloved attractions, characters, and even Disney Parks food items. When speaking to guests, it’s clear that so much passion, patience, and a pinch of pixie dust goes into planning and creating all of these pieces, and we couldn’t resist compiling some of our favorites.
In addition to all the biggest news and announcements revealed at D23 2026, our team will be sharing some of the most memorable looks we spot on the show floor throughout the weekend, so keep checking back here on Disney Parks Blog for more updates!

From Disney Parks icons like the beloved celebration buttons and Mickey Mouse pretzels (with cheese, of course) to character outfits from parades past, day one has been full of stylish surprises.

“I am dressed like Belle in her “Dream Up” parade outfit, it’s my very favorite parade that Disney has ever done… I love it because she speaks Japanese!”

“I love Mickey Pretzels, so every time I’m in the park I get one… I thought I would honor Mickey by making myself a pretzel!”

“The inspiration for the outfit was based on the ears, I really just wanted to highlight them because they’re so special… The dress is hand painted and glows in the dark, to match the ears.”
