No paper rings here! Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are officially married, People confirms
The couple locked it down at Madison Square Garden — a place that Swift has performed at numerous times over her career. The venue, typically used for sporting events and concerts, offered the A-listers privacy as they walked down the aisle thanks to its underground parking and no windows.

People reports that actor Adam Sandler, Kelce’s Happy Gilmore 2 costar, officiated the ceremony. The couple opted against having a wedding party, but tapped Kelce’s brother Jason Kelce as best man, while Swift’s brother, Austin Swift, was her man of honor

Swift and Kelce began dating in 2023, after the NFL player appeared at her July 2023 Eras Tour stop in Kansas City, hoping to give the artist a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it. He wasn’t able to give the “Opalite” singer his digits then, but soon after, Swift — on the recommendation of her mother and a number of friends — agreed to go on a date with the Super Bowl winner.
In the documentary series about the Eras Tour, which debuted on Disney+ in December 2025, Swift joked of their initial missed meet-cute, “The most meaningful relationship I’ve ever had started with a man saying he was butt-hurt that I didn’t want to meet him.”

The two announced their engagement in a joint Instagram post in August 2025, with Swift captioning the picture, snapped in rose-filled garden, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”
While Swift and Kelce remained quiet about their specific wedding plans, Swift told Graham Norton on his talk show in October 2025 that she was looking forward to planning the nuptials.
“It’s going to be fun to plan, because I think the only stressful weddings are the ones where you have a small amount of people and people are on the bubble — and you have to evaluate or assess your relationship with them to see if they should be there,” Swift said.
The singer, however, said she was not going to do that — and instead would be “inviting anyone I’ve ever talked to.”
