Rebellion Publishing has announced a new promotion to celebrate their new graphic novel series Monster fun collection. In four cities across the UK, publishers have set up special installations inviting people to tear off large comic pages and take them home.
Monster fun collection is a new series launched by Rebellion’s successful monthly magazine monster fun Anthology title, running from April 2022. The first installment is paid on Monster fun collection Available in July Steel Commando: No Time to Losego through Ned Hartley & Dan Boltwood;and The Leopard of Lime Street: Birthrightgo through Simon Furman, Laurent Lefort, Nick Roachand PJ Horton. The product line is planned to be further expanded in 2025 with the launch of more products.
The current scheme is scheduled to run until October 20, with free 11in x 17in (A3 paper size) tear sheets available in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow.
The specific location is:
- London – Inside the arch opposite Lewisham station
- Birmingham – Highgate Road, off Woodfield Road
- Glasgow – Skypark, Pointhouse Road
- Manchester – Trinity Road

The UK is experiencing a major boost in children’s comics publishing following major successes such as Jamie Smartof Rabbit and Monkey series, sales topped 1 million copies during the summer; findings from the nonprofit National Literacy Trust show that reading comics for children has a positive impact on engagement and literacy rates.
