Bravo recently renewed three of its most popular reality TV shows: In the City, Next Gen NYC, and Southern Hospitality. The renewal updates for the series came ahead of Bravo Fan Fest, held in Charleston, South Carolina, on October 24, 2026. The network also announced some upcoming brand-new series.
Bravo renews In the City, and more
In a press release, NBCUniversal announced that Bravo has renewed In the City for a second season. The network also renewed Next Gen NYC for Season 3 and Southern Hospitality for Season 5.
Bravo referenced the renewal of Next Gen NYC in its press release by teasing, “Whether raised in the spotlight or building their own legacies, they’re determined to establish themselves in the city that never sleeps.” The Next Gen franchise is also expanding with the announcement of a new show, Next Gen Atlanta. Bravo stated, “In a city where hip-hop, sports and <a href="https://comicvibe.com/mediacom-ups-appio-to-group-vp-video-and-entertainment-products/” title=”Mediacom ups Appio to group VP, video and entertainment products”>entertainment shape the social scene, Next Gen Atlanta follows a new generation of rising personalities making their mark.”
This follows the massive success of Next Gen NYC, which set a network record viewership during its Season 1 premiere and saw that viewership grow even more in Season 2.
In the City, a spinoff of the renowned reality TV series Summer House, will soon get a Season 2. However, the returning cast has not yet been announced. The show’s executive producers include Lauren Eskelin, Jamie Jakimo, Steven Weinstock, Glenda Hersh, and more.
Variety reported that Kyle Cooke and Lindsay Hubbard are expected to make a return, as they were panelists at the recent Bravo Fan Fest. Southern Hospitality, returning for Season 5, is executive produced by Josh Halpert, Jesse Light, Aaron Rothman, Lamar and Leva Bonaparte.
However, despite the renewals, Bravo has not yet announced the potential release dates of these shows.
