One Piece is coming to Fortnite really soon (Image via Fortnite)
One Piece has been among the most requested Fortnite crossovers for years, and it’s now officially on the way. Monkey D. Luffy is part of the lineup for the upcoming Treasure Hunters Mini-Season, and the skin list looks bigger than many players expected. With the release only a few days away, it will be exciting to see all the new content that Epic Games will be introducing as part of the upcoming collaboration. In the section below, we take a detailed look at the Fortnite x One Piece collaboration.
One Piece release date in Fortnite
The Fortnite x One Piece collaboration is arriving with the Treasure Hunters Mini-Season, which launches on November 1, 2026. Epic Games hasn’t announced a separate drop date or time for the One Piece items, and it’s unclear whether everything will land at launch or roll out in waves. Until Epic confirms, treat November 1 as the target window rather than a guaranteed date.
One Piece skins in Fortnite
The lineup currently includes:
- Monkey D. Luffy: The Straw Hat captain and the face of the collaboration.
- Portgas D. Ace: Luffy’s older brother, a fan favorite.
- Buggy the Clown: The colorful pirate captain, who adds some variety to the roster.
- Jonesy (Mashup): A mashup skin that blends Fortnite’s longtime hero with One Piece styling.
- Hope (Mashup): A second mashup, following the same idea.
- Cuddle Team Leader (Syd): A One Piece-themed version of the Cuddle Team Leader character, tied to Syd.
- Oscar: Another confirmed addition to the roster.
Mashups are a fun way to bring established Fortnite characters into a franchise without replacing them. They also give players who don’t want a straight anime character a way to join in.
Why the Treasure Hunters theme fits Fortnite x One Piece
The timing makes sense. One Piece is all about pirates and treasure, and the mini-season is built around the same ideas. The earlier teasers for the mini-season showed a Pirate Chest with a red jewel and a purple crowned skull, along with a remixed Anvil Square and an anime-style look. Together with collaborations such as Pirate Miku, Kasane Teto, Lil Uzi Vert, and A$AP Rocky, the One Piece skins fit a wider pirate and anime flavor. However, it is worth noting that Epic Games has not announced the prices for individual skins and any bundles. Furthermore, it is not known whether extra cosmetics such as pickaxes, Back Blings, and emotes will come with the skins. There are also chances that more One Piece characters will be added in a later wave. You can follow the game’s social media handles to stay updated about the exact date and time each item hits the Item Shop. Fans have long speculated about crew members like Zoro, Nami, and Sanji, but none of them are confirmed in the current lineup.

Keep your V-Bucks ready, and follow Epic’s official channels for the final announcement. Collaboration items often leave the shop after a limited window, so decide in advance which skins you want. A mini-season with this many crossovers could also bring more reveals before launch, so the roster may grow.
