Roblox The Hollow Day 4 Guide: Elevator Puzzle, Secret Room, and 99 Nights in the Forest Badge

The Hollow is Roblox’s platform-wide Halloween event, with each day unlocking a new floor and a new monster. Day 4 involves the elevator maze, a secret room, and crossover badges from two external games—and if you’re short on Robux for event passes or shop items, a Roblox top up can sort that out quickly. Here is the complete walkthrough for all obtainable items.

    1. Event Shop Item (Timed Unlock)

Enter The Hollow hub and go to the event shop. The Day 4 shop item requires a 6-hour unlock countdown to finish before purchase. Check whether the timer has completed as soon as you log in—this is the simplest acquisition method.

    2. Elevator Floor 4: Maze and Zombie Path Puzzle

Enter the elevator and press the Floor 4 button. The maze structure is the same as previous days: find the puzzle room, but the room layout and puzzle content change randomly each time you enter.

Solution method: Observe the zombie’s movement path and replicate its walking route exactly. The path follows frame by frame—do not turn early or late. Completing the path grants Relic #4.

    Return to the elevator afterward.

    3. Floor 4 Secret Room: Secret Item

Floor 4 also has a hidden room containing that day’s monster. Finding and entering it grants a secret item.

Obtaining this secret item requires first completing the Home Alone badge. The order is: go to Roblox’s Home Alone game, earn the specified badge, then return to The Hollow’s Floor 4 secret room to claim the item. If you haven’t played Home Alone yet, complete its badge task first.

    4. External Game Badge: Four Crossover Characters

Enter the day’s crossover game and find the event area. The task requires finding four crossover characters. These characters appear randomly—no specific action is needed, just play normally:

l Biter (from Demonology): Spawns randomly during normal play.

l Werewolf (from Dead Rails): Spawns randomly.

l Mimic (from Animal Hospital): After encountering him, you need to give him a Medkit. The Medkit can be found in the bathroom. After giving it to him, he enters the house and starts attacking you, after which you receive the badge.

Note: The fourth character may trigger automatically during play—no need to hunt for it deliberately. If you’ve seen all four characters appear in-game, exit and claim the badge.

    5. Main Item Badge: 99 Nights in the Forest Void Red Flowers

This is the most time-consuming part of the day. Enter 99 Nights in the Forest, find the The Hollow event entrance, and start a new game.

l Step 1: Upgrade the campfire to Level 3. Chop trees for wood, feed the wood into the campfire, and keep upgrading until Level 3.

l Step 2: Craft and place the map. Crafting the map requires 3 logs. After crafting, place it in the camp area—the map will show the Void entrance and red flower locations.

l Step 3: Enter the Void. The Void entrance is located in Zone 3. Wait until daytime before heading out—nighttime limits visibility and is dangerous. Stand inside the portal to teleport.

l Step 4: Collect 20 red flowers. There are 20 red flowers inside the Void, and they must all be collected within a single life. Dying teleports you back to the main forest and resets progress.

l Lantern zones are the only safe zones. Leaving lantern range causes all creatures (including owls and deer) to attack you simultaneously.

l Every 3 flowers grants an upgrade choice. Recommended picks: one-shot trees (some flowers hide behind trees), expanded lantern range, movement speed boosts. The one-shot tree upgrade is particularly useful for clearing path obstacles.

l Use the map to check remaining flower locations and plan routes between lanterns before leaving safety.

After collecting the 20th flower, you automatically receive the 99 Nights in the Forest badge. Return to The Hollow hub to claim the main item.

    6. Action Checklist

    Follow the zombie’s path exactly

Home Alone badge → Floor 4 secret room claim

    Crossover game four characters

    Mimic needs the bathroom Medkit

Campfire Lv3 → Zone 3 entrance → collect all 20 in one life

Day 4’s difficulty is concentrated in the 99 Nights in the Forest Void collection, because death resets progress and all 20 flowers must be collected in a single life. Prioritizing one-shot trees and lantern range upgrades significantly reduces difficulty. The other three tasks (elevator, secret room, crossover characters) are relatively straightforward—complete them in order. If you’d rather not grind for Robux to unlock event perks, you can buy Roblox Top-Ups—MMOEXP is a reliable option worth considering for a fast, secure transaction.
